Thinking about learning Reiki?
Reiki is taught in levels, and once you’re attuned, you can channel it for life. It’s a personal choice—you’ll feel it when the time is right. Often, life lines things up so perfectly that you just know. I call it the nudge.

This is a small, respectful group where everyone is encouraged to feel comfortable, included, and unhurried.
We meet once a month at The Isbourne Centre Cheltenham. 
You’ll also find connection and updates in this group between sessions.

A calm, supportive space to practise Reiki, build confidence, and reconnect with your skills, this is a gently guided Reiki share for those who want more than just a practice session.

Whether you’re newly attuned, returning after a break, or maybe you want to build your confidence, you’ll be supported to work at your own pace in a steady environment.

We begin with a short grounding practice to help you feel present and connected, before moving into giving and receiving Reiki in small groups.

There’s space to observe, practise, ask questions, or simply receive.
This is not about getting it “right” or performing. It’s about feeling safe enough to trust what you already know.

You’re welcome if you are:
• Reiki Level 1, 2 or Master (any lineage)
• A little unsure or out of practice
• Wanting a calmer, more supported space to grow

If you’re not trained but are curious, you’re welcome to come and receive Reiki, just please make yourself known to Janie when you arrive.
 

 

Reiki in the Usui Tradition

Reiki TeacherUsui Reiki has been learnt by thousands of people around the world and has done enormous amounts of good. It employs wonderfully simple and effective techniques to heal yourself, others, animals, plants and the earth. It is the traditional style of Reiki, which follows set guidelines and hand positions.

Level 1: Understanding Reiki – learn about the history of Reiki, what Reiki is and how it works, energy exercises, the chakras, the process of healing, anatomy review, how to treat yourself, Attunement to Reiki I.

Level 2: Reiki Practitioner – Reiki Symbols, guided meditations, the aura, how to give treatments to others, setting up a practice, giving treatments, absent healing, Level II Attunement to the symbols. Reconnect to your Reiki I, no matter how much time has passed.

Level 3: Usui Reiki Master /Teacher – The Usui Master/Teacher symbol, Level III Attunement, Japanese Reiki techniques, the responsibilities of being a Reiki Master Teacher, how to attune others, teaching Reiki, guided meditations, using crystals with Reiki.

Shamballa Multi-Dimensional Healing

Shamballa Multi-Dimensional HealingThe basis of Shamballa is Reiki and uses the same symbols, plus quite a few more – 352 in all.
In 1996, John Armitage, (also known by the spiritual name Hari Das Melchizedek) channelled information from the Ascended Master known as St. Germain and anchored the system as an extension of the traditional Usui Reiki system.

It is another opening on your spiritual pathway.

Shamballa MDH is directed by your intention and is very intuition-based. You can help the collective consciousness – and unconsciousness – of humanity to expand and grow into the consciousness of love. As a by-product, you may call upon the Shamballa energies to help facilitate healing, both your own and that of others. At this time of consciousness acceleration, Shamballa is a wonderful tool.
