What is Reiki?
Reiki is spiritual intuitive energy that supports the natural healing process to realign you completely.
- It’s a gentle form of healing, that promotes relaxation, stress reduction and well-being
- It re-balances body and mind using Universal Life Force Energy
- It’s carried out whilst recipient is fully clothed
- No two sessions are the same, you get what you need at the time
The ‘relaxation response’ that occurs in holistic reflexology or a reiki treatment facilitates our own healing.
Our biological systems always strive for ‘homeostasis’; the complex inter-relationship between the body functions that keep us internally balanced and healthy. Reiki complements and supports this.
Please note: My clients are always advised to consult their GP to ensure any symptoms are not linked to an underlying medical condition.
